As a leader in the convenience store industry, Kum & Go L.C. opens a number of new locations every year. With the upcoming release of five new locations, it was time to take a bolder approach than your typical ribbon-cutting ceremony. Our team gathered to see what could make the biggest impact.
SA created a campaign that included a postcard with a personalized URL (PURL). Customers were able to go to their very own site, which held a survey and a chance to win a $500 gift card. The postcards were not only addressed to the customer’s home, but used the individual’s name throughout the card to inform prospective customers of the grand opening, the survey and coupon.
