In 2011, Life Care Companies changed their name to LCSTM to better reflect their organizational goals. At the same time, they made a number of other shifts to create the family of companies that make up LCS. During this transition, as LCS was looking for ways to elevate their brand and raise awareness of the products and services they offer the senior living industry, they turned to SA to formulate and execute a cohesive, yet individually distinct branding strategy for LCS, and its family of companies.
SA partnered with LCS to develop logos for LCS, LCS Development™, CPS™ and Health at Home™. In addition, SA refreshed logos for Life Care Services™ and CRSA™. But the work didn’t stop there. In one year’s time, SA developed all of the branded elements need for each of the six companies including: business collateral, from letterhead and business cards to name badges, envelopes and note pads; email signatures; PowerPoint presentations; branded websites; short videos; ads; brochures; brand standards guides; and many other materials. Sharing the achievement and aspiration of LCS with key industry leaders attending the LeadingAge Fall Conference, SA created a trade show booth and developed a stellar space-age themed space for an evening event called “Race to the Moon”, complete with an oxygen booth, an astronaut suit, a starry backdrop and space themed foods.
After one year, LCS has seen positive industry response to the branding of their family of companies. Each business line appreciates the consistency and professional presentation of their new branded looks and remain excited to see brand awareness grow in the year ahead.
