CHALLENGE
User testing and customer feedback showed that Service Experts needed consistent, modern websites that are easy to use. These sites also needed to provide the valuable and up-to-date content potential customers are searching for.
FIELD MARKETING SOLUTION
SA’s customer-friendly design helped Service Experts prospects navigate more quickly around the sites and find information faster. Using our own proprietary website solution, we created more than 95 distinct local sites that showcase each center’s full capabilities while driving search traffic. We wrote unique content for each dealer and created corporate websites that rank well for informational and brand terms.
SA also made it easy and quick for potential customers to find their local Service Experts center.
IMPACT
Since completing the redesign in October 2019, form fills are up 7 percent and sessions are up 8 percent, compared to the same time the previous year.
We’ve also seen a sharp increase in time spent on pages and a bounce-rate drop of more than 40 percent. This indicates that Service Experts sites are easier to use and provide the content potential customers are seeking.
SA’S MARKETING SOLUTION HELPS PEOPLE ON THE MOVE FEEL RIGHT AT HOME.
CHALLENGE
With 14% of the North American population relocating each year, Service Experts discovered that it was losing more than a million dollars in customer revenue as homeowners moved out of a local center’s sales territory.
FIELD MARKETING SOLUTION
We developed the Mover Retention Program in order to solidify relationships with customers who relocate. The program was versioned with different messages for customers simply moving across town and those moving into a different Service Experts service area. The main idea was to let homeowners know that they can still get the same great service they’ve always relied on.
IMPACT
We set a goal of retaining 175 customers per quarter and (given an average ticket of $1500), $262,500 in revenue. This campaign doubled its revenue goal, surpassed the customer retention goal by 282%, and thus had a major impact on Service Experts’ year-over-year growth goal of 14%.
