Two SA Team Members Honored with Dale Carnegie Awards
At SA, we are always looking for A Better Way. A part of that is making sure that our employees have the opportunity to participate in professional development opportunities. Whether it’s attending a workshop, becoming a member of a professional organization or listening to a webinar, we understand how important it is to provide staff with access to these resources.
One of the opportunities that SA encourages staff to take advantage of is Dale Carnegie Training. Over the years, many SA employees have taken Dale Carnegie Training courses to help further enhance their performance and provide even better solutions for our clients.
Recently, two SA staff members participating in Dale Carnegie Training courses were recognized by their peers.
Project specialist Ashley Hartkorn and junior media buyer Caleb Bailey both received the Dale Carnegie “Highest Award for Achievement” at the end of their courses. Class members vote for the individual based on the following:
- Exemplifies the principles of Dale Carnegie training throughout the course
- Demonstrates significant and professional development
- Demonstrates careful preparation
Since 1912, the award has been given to a single participant of each course to recognize their development and success.
