SA is proud to announce the following new hires and promotions:
Michelle Kosmicki, hired as Senior Marketing Analyst
A Nebraska native, Michelle Kosmick joined Strategic America in 2016, with more than 15 years of experience in research and analysis. Prior to SA, Michelle served as research manager at NET Nebraska for more than 14 years, and as a consultant with the Nebraska Department of Education for nearly two years. Michelle works on clients such as Service Experts, Lennox and Pella. She enjoys the entire process of data analysis and believes every project is a journey. As Michelle says, “The road may be the same, but you never really know what you may find along the way.”
Maddie McLaughlin, hired as Interactive Services Coordinator
Maddie McLaughlin joined Strategic America in 2016, upon graduating from University of Northern Iowa with a degree in interactive digital studies and emphasis in digital advertising and digital computation. With additional minors in marketing and graphic technologies, Maddie brings expertise in website development and design, as well as user-interface design, to her position as an interactive services coordinator. She works on a variety of the agency’s digital accounts and loves that no two days are ever the same. Maddie also enjoys graphic design, coding and marketing.
Jessie Keller, promoted to Client Services Assistant Account Manager
Jessica Keller is a proud University of Iowa alumna who joined Strategic America in 2013. Prior to SA, she spent a year working at Groupon in Chicago and held internships in Des Moines and London, England. Jessica puts her specialties in traditional, digital and direct marketing to work for clients such as Pella, Service Experts and Sprint. What she enjoys most about working at SA is the people and the relationships she has built with her clients.
Savana Dale, promoted to Client Services Assistant Account Manager
A native of Oklahoma and graduate of Drake University, Savana Dale joined Strategic America as an intern in 2014. Savana is an assistant account manager on SA’s client services team and works with clients such as Lennox, Service Experts, St. Ambrose and Every Family Rocks. She is focused on helping her clients grow their business, and she says the most rewarding part of her job is when a client’s campaign worked and led to more sales.
